If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original NOKWOL box and secure them inside a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
